Either use other companies or make sure your devices and or product work as soon as you purchase

Drivers are being paid to make deliveries and are not delivering items. The driver gets to your location, waits, and cancels the order.

The driver still gets paid while the customer is never notified about the cancellation unless they open their app. When reaching out to customer support, I asked five times to have my delivery rescheduled and marked as a priority. I was ignored every time, and my order was not rescheduled. I rescheduled my order and began to speak with another agent to provide this information and was told they would resolve my problem as soon as possible.

I said, 'Excuse me?' and they promptly ended the chat with nonsense.

It's a problem here, ongoing, and they are not doing a good job; rather, it's defective items sold to you and/or freezer-burnt food items. They do not do anything to resolve your issues with orders, and if they do, they try to give you a hard time and still try to wiggle out of responsibility.

Experience was not good at all they stole my food stamps off my card and did not even bring me the food for the money they took then there is no way to speak with a live agent that is very inconvenient especially when they have a way to order stuff online.

I work one day with GoPro and didn’t I get paid in my GoPro account was deactivated

I can't get in contact with anyone. I am pissed.

Order not being picked up

I repeatedly asked for a refund because my order hadn't been picked up after two hours. Their customer service is just a chat bot that doesn't resolve anything. There is no way to speak to a human representative.
